Beaufort Street, a quite residential street made up of 80 properties which are mainly 3-bedroom properties.

Sat in this picturesque Victorian street is this impressive three-bedroom home.

Let us start with the location first, only a 11 min walk (less than ? a mile away) to Southend East Station taking you directly into London Fenchurch street is 50 mins.

Need a school? Not a problem, we can tick this box as well, Hamstel Junior and infant school is 0.19 mile away, Cecil Jones Academy is 0.68 miles and Southend High School for Girls only 0.4 miles away meaning you have a choice of school for children of all ages.

so how about the property itself?

Well, you have a small private front garden which the owners have placed down some purple slate to keep it low maintenance.

You enter through a spacious hallway where the owners currently have an American style fridge freezer under the stairs. To the left you have a Lounge which impressively high ceilings and of course that traditional bay window to the front, then you have a separate dining room which opens into a small utility room, perfect for hiding the washing machine, tumble dryer and a freezer! (oh, and the boiler can be found here as well!)

Then you have French doors opening on the garden, which has recently had a brand-new decked area installed (only a couple of weeks ago) with the remaining of the garden with artificial grass again keeping to the low maintenance theme

As we head back into the hallway we enter the Kitchen, which overlooks the garden with the usual amount of storage required by a family along with an electric over and gas hob.

Upstairs, we have two generously sized double bedrooms one to the front, one to the rear, there is a single third bedroom which is currently being used as a home gym and there is a large bathroom with a freestanding bath AND corner shower.

Upstairs the high ceilings are throughout meaning the rooms feel light and spacious.
Some key points to note here are that the current owners have had the entire properties recently decorated along with things like the new decking being installed, although I run the risk of sounding clich? by saying, 'you can move straight in'.... you really can.

Here are why the owners loved this home

We loved its proximity to Southend East Station (C2C line) and Southchurch village is only a short walk away. We were drawn to the house in particular because of the generous reception rooms and large main bedrooms and it's low maintenance garden.

The owners have decided due to work and family commitments they are relocating closer to Family in Rayleigh which is why 72 Beaufort Street is now available.
