We have lived in our home for 14 years and raised our 2 children here.What we liked about the location particularly when our children were younger was how safe it was for them to play outside as it is a very quiet location that sees very little in the way of traffic.The amount of parking we have has been a god send at times especially when we have had family and friends visit us.
