Location

Castletown is very popular part of Sunderland to the north of the River Wear. There is a generally good standard of housing as well as a number of amenities. The A1231 gives good access to Washington as well as the A19 making it suitable for commuters to Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland. There are a number of local shops located on Ethel Terrace and a Morrisons supermarket nearby. Other attractions include the North Hylton retail park located just of Wessington Way, local pubs as well as Hylton Cricket Club.

Our View

This is one of the finest examples of this style of housing I have seen. It has been updated and maintained to an excellent standard and offers a larger than average modern, fitted, dining kitchen which leads through to the conservatory to the rear. Off the kitchen there is also a useful utility room as well as a downstairs w/c. To the front of the property there is a lounge which is accessed via double doors from the kitchen. Up on the first floor, the two bedrooms are nicely decorated and the family bathroom comprises of a white gloss bathroom suite. There is a driveway for multiple vehicles to the front and a pleasant garden to the rear. Viewing is essential to fully appreciate the standard of the accommodation on offer.



Directions :-

From the A19 take the A1231 junction and head east towards Sunderland, cross the first roundabout (second exit) then at the next roundabout take the first exit on to Barons Quay Road, at the next roundabout take the first exit on to Ringway then first left after the cricket club on to Grange Road. Rydal Mount is the first turning on the left and the property is located on the left hand side after the road bends round to the right.
