The house is situated half a mile to the west of Fordingbridge town centre. Fordingbridge is a small but busy town on the River Avon on the edge of the New Forest. It has a population of approximately 6000 people. Fordingbridge is in the catchment area of β€˜outstanding’ Burgate secondary school and sixth form and Fordingbridge Infants and Junior school. It has a variety of shops and amenities including GP and dental practices, a bank and a library. It is in easy reach of Ringwood, Salisbury, Bournemouth and Southampton.
