" Occupied by the current owners since 1995, The Glen is a substantial 1930's semi-detached family home occupying an excellent position on the edge of Salisbury within the hugely popular Stratford sub Castle. The property has had the benefits of two storey extensions to both the side and rear elevations with a further loft room conversion resulting in the current level of accommodation which includes four double and one single bedroom, two bathrooms and a large attic. There are two separate reception rooms both with fireplaces although the dining room fireplace is currently boarded; there is a useful first floor study which is fitted with bespoke cabinetry/furniture and there is still room enough to the rear of the property to further enlarge the ground floor accommodation with addition of a garden room/conservatory.
