A well-located two bedroom semi-detached property south of the High Street and equidistant from Lymington Yacht Haven and the bottom of the High Street. The property is well presented having been totally modernised by the current owners six years ago and benefits from a plot size of approximately 54 metres by 9 metres.

A two bedroom semi-detached house in good decorative order throughout having been fully renovated by the current owners in 2006 using well-known local building firm Ray Crouch. The property is situated in a sought-after area south of the High Street close to the marinas and yacht clubs yet still a level walk to the bottom of the High Street.
