" Spacious semi-detached family house within a few minutes walk of the local shops. The front door opens into a bright hall with stairs rising to the first floor. The bedroom at the front of the house is a double aspect with exposed brick fireplace and stripped floor. The kitchen, with a side aspect, is fitted with a modern range of units at floor and eye level with drawers, work surfaces and splashback, single bowl stainless steel sink unit, mixer tap, single drainer and plumbing for washing machine. There is a four plate electric hob with extractor hood and electric oven, space for a fridge/freezer and a wall mounted gas fired boiler.
There is a large opening into the dining room which has French windows opening into the garden and a fitted store cupboard. A door opens to a rear lobby where there is a shower room fitted with a walk-in shower, pedestal wash hand basin and low level WC, and also to the study at the rear.
Upstairs are three bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. Two of these are double bedrooms, the third a very generous singe. The bathroom is fitted with a suite comprising panelled bath with mixer tap and shower attachment, pedestal wash hand basin and low level WC.
To the rear is a patio with steps to the lawn which is intercepted with a path to the rear and flanked on either side by flower borders. There is a garden shed and brick built barbecue.
