" This lovely home is approached via a pedestrian walkway through an enclosed front garden with a pathway leading to the covered porch. The front garden is laid with lawn and various plants and shrubs.

The entrance hall has an easy to clean wood laminate floor. With doors leading off to the kitchen and living room and a very useful guest toilet with a hand basin, with stairs leading to the first floor. It also offers a handy storage area under the stairs plus a spacious storage cupboard which is ideal for coats and shoes. The house is mainly heated by a warm air heating system, which is housed in a cupboard in the hallway.

The modern attractive kitchen overlooks the front garden through a double glazed window and has easy to clean wood laminate flooring. There is ample cupboard space and includes a large double door pantry cupboard. The large ceramic sink bowl is a stylish addition. There is space for a double door fridge freezer and washing machine and it comes with a free standing gas cooker with oven and grill.

The spacious living/dining room area can be accessed both from the hallway or the open plan style kitchen, it has carpeted floors and is neutrally decorated. Double glazed french doors lead out to the back patio and garden area.

PLUS this home also has a large split level, carpeted room leading off the living room, perfect as an entertainment room, office, playroom, guest room... or for whatever needs you and your family may require. This family room has its own sliding door leading out onto the patio and back garden. What a fantastic addition for any family to have!
