" A generously-proportioned, five-bedroomed, detached family home presented in excellent order occupying a good-sized, west facing garden in this popular village location. The property was constructed in 1996 to a specification higher than most properties are built with today, including Scandinavian quality double glazed windows and doors and a heat recovery air recirculation system. Generous hall, cloakroom, study, drawing room with open fireplace, dining room, kitchen/breakfast room with built-in appliances and utility room. Upstairs, five bedrooms, all of which could easily accommodate a double bed, two ensuites and a well-appointed family bathroom. Double garage and parking for 4 cars. Oil-fired central heating. BURBAGE Burbage is in an area of outstanding natural beauty lying south of the historic Savernake Forest. The village benefits from a good range of local amenities including a doctors' surgery and dispensary, village store, post office, church, public houses, garage and primary school.
