" An excellent and well presented two bedroom detached bungalow with an attractive garden and garage set within this sought after village. The property has been extended to the rear and offers well proportioned rooms. The sitting room is of a generous size with a large picture window to the front, there is a dining room/study off with patio doors opening to the garden. The kitchen is fitted with a good range of cupboards and has a pantry, there is a built in double oven with electric hob, a door leads through to a useful rear lobby. There are two double bedrooms and the bathroom has been converted to a wet room with disabled access.

Situation
Burbage is a popular village with an active community situated on the southern edge of the historic Savernake Forest in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It offers a good range of day to day amenities including a post office, village shop and hall, doctor's surgery, primary school, garage, church and two public houses.
Marlborough (6 miles) is famous for its wide high street and offers a more extensive range of facilities. There are nearby British railway stations at Pewsey and Great Bedwyn giving access to London Paddington. Motorway junction 14 of the M4 is about 12 miles.
