" The Property

Ailesbury Way is located just off the High Street and number 32 is found towards the far end on the right.

A front door leads into the hallway with a cloakroom and stairs to the first floor. The good size sitting room is light and airy having a window to the front and additional light from the French doors in the dining area. There is also a wood burning fire within a brick fireplace and hearth. The dining area is a generous size with space for a large dining table and chairs. This area also accommodates an upright piano. The kitchen, which has a window overlooking the garden, is modern and fully fitted. Beyond the kitchen is a really useful utility room with a door to the front and the rear garden. On the first floor the four bedrooms are all a good size and again benefit from a high level of natural light. In addition, there is a recently updated shower room.
NOTE there is possibly scope to add an en-suite bathroom to the bedroom above the garage, if required.

Outside

Partly enclosed by panel fencing and predominantly laid to lawn with a mature tree and hedgerow, this superb rear garden must have one of the largest gardens in the road and offers a high degree of privacy. There is currently space for several raised vegetable beds and a log store. The paved terrace is perfect for entertaining. The front garden is open-plan and laid to lawn, with gated side access. A driveway leads to a single garage with an up-and-over door.
