We love new builds and loved Kingswood Drive when we first saw it as it was the best townhouse that we viewed by a long way. The location was also ideal as it is in South Sutton with great local schools and the layout was brilliant for our needs because of the flexible accommodation with the large kitchen area and the bedrooms are all on the 1st and 2nd floors.
The close is very quiet and the parking is excellent and if you need the Station it is only a very short distance away.
