" This spacious four bedroom detached house measures almost 2400sq feet and offers wonderful living space. On the ground floor is an L-shaped sitting room with sliding door onto a conservatory, and to the right the house has been extended to add a dual-aspect dining/family room. Also on the ground floor is a kitchen breakfast room, guest WC and access in a double-length garage with store room at the far end. The bedrooms on the upper floor are all a good size and are serviced by two bathrooms. Where the house has been extended, a second staircase has been added into the family room which creates a separate access point between the floors; ideal for a teenager or family guest wanting their own space. The garden is very private, is laid mainly to lawn and is bordered by various mature shrubs and plants.
