Situation
A lovely position being only 0.7 of a mile from the village centre of Gerrards Cross. The Woodhill Estate is private, tree lined and situated in the North East sector of Gerrards Cross. The village offers Waitrose, M&S Simply Food, Sainsburys Local, Tesco, hotels, restaurants, library & cinema. The Chiltern Line rail service into London Marylebone has 20 minute fast services. Access to the national motorway network is approximately 4 miles distance at M40 Junction 1 (Denham) linking to Heathrow Airport (13 miles).
