" WATERSIDE - This pretty, charming and well maintained cottage is situated in a quiet lane in an exclusive area and is one of the cottages which formerly served as worker's accommodation for the original Temple Mill prior to redevelopment. This property provides exclusive access to the river and its own mooring at the bottom of the private garden. The local schools and access to both London and Heathrow are significant attractions, as is nearby Marlow. The owners have previously had planning permission in place which has now lapsed to extend the ground floor.

Situation
Temple is situated just a few minutesn++ drive from the thriving Thames riverside town of Marlow which provides a wide variety of shopping, restaurants and bars. The train station links (via Maidenhead) to London Paddington, which is a potential bonus considering the ongoing Cross Rail project which will link Maidenhead directly with central London from 2018 shortening the commuting time. The M4 and M40 Motorways are accessible via the A404 Marlow Bypass.
