" A semi detached bungalow situated on a private road on the east side of Marlow, the road is a cul de sac which can be a real asset for those with children. The property is in need of modernisation and refurbishment, there is further potential to extend subject to the relevant planning permissions. The home is being offered to the market with no onward chain.

Situation
The property is located in a private road within a level 0.75 miles from Marlow High Street and the varied amenities. The river and parks are within easy reach, along with railway station for access to Paddington via Maidenhead. Marlow offers a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants for all tastes and budgets. The motorway network is also close at hand via the A404 bypass for the M40 or M4. Heathrow Airport is some 22 miles drive.
