" In a convenient setting between the towns of Maidenhead and Marlow is this most attractive semi-detached family home, situated on the edge of Cookham village with excellent access to the train station. The property is well-presented throughout and has been significantly updated by the vendors, including a side and rear extension, photovoltaic to the front and rear roofs, rewiring and re-plumbing in 2012 and both a water softening system and rainwater harvesting. The interiors have been thoughtfully modernised and feature solid oak floors and marble tiles with underfloor heating to the kitchen and bathrooms, plus bright, modern rooms with good natural light.
