" We are delighted to offer for sale this fantastic opportunity to acquire a 3 bedroom end of terrace home (which feels like a semi detached property) which is located within a popular residential area of Bramhall. This home is positioned on a plot which offers a front garden area, comprising of lawn and a pathway leading to the front porch and down the side of the property to a gate which in turn leads into the rear garden. The good sized rear garden has a patio area abutting the home the a good sized lawn area plus well stock borders and there is a mature back cloth of trees beyond the rear perimeter. To the left of the property (as you are facing the front) there is a shared vehicular access point which leads between number 39 and 41 Rushton Drive and then opens up to provide your own parking spot and a car port.

We trust our floor plan will give you a good indication of the shape, size and layout of the accommodation on offer, however we strongly advise you view this home for yourself to fully appreciate the many benefits on offer. In brief the accommodation comprises: You first enter the home via the larger than average front porch.
