" We are delighted to offer for sale this fantastic detached home which is located within a popular residential location in Bramhall.

Positioned on a commanding corner plot this extended detached family home offers adaptable accommodation over two levels. There are gardens to three sides which include lawn areas, pathways, mature boarders and a good size driveway way providing parking for 4 or 5 cars. An easy addition would be to add gates to the brick pillared entrance posts.

We trust our floor plan will give you a good indication of the shape, size and layout of the accommodation on offer which in brief comprises: The entrance hall is accessed via a door which is on the side elevation.
