This fine detached property is located in a popular part of Macclesfield within easy reach of the town centre, which is characterized by mainly older style properties of varying sizes. This particular property is a superbly presented detached bungalow dating back to the early 1930's, which in more recent times has undergone an extensive modernisation and extension programme, to provide a sumptuously appointed and versatile home. The bungalow is fronted by a large brick paviour driveway providing ample off the road car parking and special mention must be made of the superb rear garden which has been landscaped, including a good size decked patio, areas laid to lawn interspersed with pathways and dwarf walls and a number of raised beds. In addition there are two timber built storage sheds. The property enjoys a number of period features of the 30's era, with a bay fronted design, but the wealth of improvements and extension seamlessly blends with the trappings of comfortable modern life. The accommodation currently offers true bungalow living all on one level, although there is a standard staircase to a first floor with access to the landing and a large loft area, which could be converted to further accommodation if required. However the current living space is more than generous, offering three good size bedrooms, with an en-suite to the master and a superbly appointed bathroom and there is an impressive lounge to the front with a bay window. The kitchen is extensively fitted with an excellent range of units and benefits from a separate utility room and there is a cloakroom with WC. The superb extension to the rear offers a stunning family room with vaulted ceiling, feature log burning stove, three Velux windows and two double opening doors taking maximum advantage of the lovely gardens. The property is warmed by gas fired central heating and has uPVC double glazing and with a high standard of finish throughout, will be ready for immediate occupation.
