West House Court is situated in a highly sought after part of Macclesfield, being on the north west side of town, and is close to an area locally known as Greenside. This development however is separate to Greenside and was built by Jones Homes, builders of high repute, in the 1970's to a handsome courtyard style design arranged around an attractive green. The property is fronted by a deep block paved driveway, which provides off road car parking and there is a neat and easy to maintain garden. To the rear there is a well enclosed garden, including a paved patio and an area laid to lawn. The garden enjoys a good deal of privacy not being directly overlooked. We strongly recommend an internal inspection to appreciate the well presented and spacious accommodation, which has a unique design, with the living space to the first floor and bedroom accommodation to the ground floor. The ground floor has further been improved by the addition of a conservatory, which adds further space off the master bedroom. The master bedroom is fitted with an excellent range of wardrobes and there are two further good size bedrooms, served by a well appointed bathroom fitted with a three piece suite in white, including an overhead shower. To the first floor there is an impressive L-shaped lounge and dining room, with a lovely picture window to the front allowing ample natural lighting and the lounge area features an attractive fireplace. The kitchen is extensively fitted and includes a split level oven and hob and an excellent range of modern units. The first floor also affords pleasant roof top views towards the hills. The property is warmed by gas fired central heating and uPVC double glazed windows and with the added benefit of no onward chain, will be ready for immediate occupation.
