Prestbury Road has long been regarded as a sought after residential location, particularly as this part of the road is no longer the main thoroughfare away from the town and has no through access. This part of the town benefits from the 'Permit Parking' scheme which only allows badge holders/residents to park outside. This attractive period mid terrace is garden fronted and belies truly spacious accommodation, which has recently undergone a number of improvements. Special mention must be made of the larger than average enclosed rear town garden, and further garden area which is mainly laid to lawn. Internally, as previously mentioned, a number of improvements have been made to complement the generous and deceptively spacious accommodation. A large hall divides the two good size reception rooms, with a dining room to the front and a lounge to the rear. The kitchen is also a good size and there is a useful cellar. To the first floor there are two double bedrooms and the generous bathroom features a new suite in white with overhead shower. The property has the further benefit of gas fired central heating run on a new economic combination boiler and has an excellent standard of decor throughout and we strongly recommend a viewing to appreciate this charming period home in this sought after part of town.
