Being situated on the top floor and only having one room adjoining the flat next door, there is little chance of being disturbed by noisy neighbours. This two bedroom home also has access to a loft which would help you keep all your belongings neatly stored away. The current owner has even got her book cases stored up there, full of books!!

Because it is a modern block there are plenty of plug sockets and overall it should be easy to look after and maintain. The current owner has done a lot to it over the last 9 years including refitting both the kitchen and bathroom, redecorating and replacing the flooring through out plus there is a large communal garden to sit in and enjoy the sunshine or hang your washing out.

Itn++s rare to get something so close to London city with no parking worries as there is parking available surrounding the flat and an abundance of public transport links including DLR, over ground and main line stations.
