'We've been very happy here over the last 3 years. We occupy the whole back portion of the mansion block, so we have no one above or below us meaning the flat is extremely quiet. We have lovely views of the back garden and direct access to it through our kitchen door (which is great for Barbecues in the summer). It has the feel of a house and having our own front door and driveway/parking space just complete the house feel of this flat. Our neighbours are lovely and friendly, and there is a great community feel in our block'.
