'We lived in 68a for over 6 years. Its a lovely house for a family with plenty of light and space to have fun. Living in the area was great, with friendly neighbours on both sides; a vibrant high street, with a fantastic local book shop, some wonderful cafes and a good range of shops all no more than a 5 minute walk away. If you get bored on a rainy weekend, London is 15 minutes away, Bromley 10 and both the Kent and Sussex country side are easily accessible by train. But best of all, whilst there are plenty of great parks in Sydenham by far the best thing about the house is opening the back door and walking into the sanctuary of your own park - a 120 foot garden bliss in all seasons'.
