This attractive red-bricked beauty sits on a peaceful, residential street moments from Sydenham High Street. There are gorgeous stripped timber floors and pale, friendly wall shades throughout, in addition to a private rear garden and three good sized bedrooms. There is unrestricted parking on Broseley Grove itself too - perfect!

Stepping inside this two storey Victorian number, you'll notice the interior is incredibly easy on the eye; the first example being the bright hallway with stripped floorboards and neutral walls. A delicious through-lounge sits to the left - it has a square bay window to the front, two period fireplaces and pale, pastel green walls. Continue down the hall (passing a handy storage cupboard under the stairs) to reach a bathroom with white suite to your left. The kitchen is at the very rear of the house, with immediate access to the garden and plenty of cabinets fringed with solid wood worktops.

The first floor plays host to three bedrooms and an additional w.c. The first bedroom sits on the rear half-landing and has a bright and funky decor. A decent double room has perfect garden views while the master, spanning the entire width of the house to the front, has an original fireplace, two bright windows and tonnes of space.
