" Big is beautiful! You will be rattling around this super plus sized, split level one bedder abode with its extra proportioned reception room and its big open plan eat-in kitchen and you also have direct access to the verdant green space of the 100ft rear garden and you have your own section..
Jerningham Road is one of the Telegraph Hill conservation areas finest with its mature trees and its tall period beauts. At the top of the road you can enjoy a crows nest view of the iconic London skyline. Home is located about half way up and takes two floors of a tall Victorian semi. Enter into a very well maintained communal hallway (always a good sign!) your door is the first on the left. Once in a recessed lobby has a handy cupboard to the right and the reception and open kitchen sprawl out before you, there is a tall light rendering bay window, big open fireplace for a rustic vibe the kitchen is portioned off and is kitted out in shaker style wood units, with deep royal blue splash-backs. It is a great space to entertain your friends and eat like kings and queens! To the far rear of your entertaining space is the doorway to stairs that lead you to the rest of the duplex. Once you have landed directly ahead is the bathroom which is light, bright and white with shower over the tub and cosy heated towel rail. Jump on the Ginger (East London) Line and you will be hob knobbing in Shoreditch and other such in no time! There is a large Sainsbury's next door to the station handy for the big shop. If you need the buses plenty are on hand that service the locality. Historic Greenwich and Blackheath are close with so much to do and see you can be a tourist too and enjoy the Maritime Museum, the Cutty Sark and then there are the parks!.
