On the basis of the examination it was noted evidence of differential settlement had incurred between the attached garage and the rear bathroom extension against the main gable of the original property. The result of the movement was a long standing cause with evidence of previous repairs having been carried out.

Internally there was little evidence to suggest any significant movement to the original parts of the property and they formed their opinion that there were issues relating substantially to the extended parts. It is recommended that the garage and bathroom should be taken down and either for this area to be used as parking or to be re-built.

Potential purchasers must make their own enquiries with regard to the above and also take their own professional advice. Note Please note the two flats, which are self contained have previously been let out very successfully. The current tenancies both end during May 2013. Fixtures and Fittings Certain furnishings may be purchased by separate agreement with the Vendors.
