" An excellent example of a 3 bedroom mid terraced house in Home Park, Oxted, ideal for first time buyers or as a BUY TO LET investment. This property benefits from a good sized garden with direct access to the garage. It has been recently fully re-carpeted and redecorated making it light and bright throughout. It benefits from full double glazed windows, a nicely presented kitchen and bathroom and is a short walk of Hurst Green train station.

The entrance hall has a meter cupboard with some storage available and gives access to the staircase and the open plan living/ dining room recently fitted with wood flooring. Offering plenty of light through the large double glazed windows to the front and rear, this room feels bright and airy. The dining area has good sized patio doors to the terrace and garden.
