" We start our tour of this stunning property by arriving through electric gates on to the driveway, with ample parking spaces and a gated storage area or additional parking. We then enter the property via the entrance porch and carry on through to the entrance hall which give you access to the rest of the house. To your left you will find the large lounge with gas fire, wall mounted up lights, large window. Double doors take you to the study with built in desk & cupboards and French doors taking you back out to the front of the house. Staying inside though, you will be led in to the games room with a range of fitted wall and base units with sink and drainer, door leading back out to the front of the house and a W.C. both the study and games room have a tiled floor with under floor heating. Taking yourself back to the entrance hall making a left turn down the inner hall you will find the down stairs shower room with wall mounted heated towel rail, toilet, hand basin and double shower cubical. Carrying on past this you will then find your way through one of the entrances to the large kitchen and breakfast bar, with an extensive range of white high gloss wall and base units. There is an Aga cooker. Around the corner you will find another set of units, kitchen sink, washing machine and space for a tumble dryer. Set just off the kitchen there is a third set of kitchen units with kitchen sink, and a double fronted fridge/freezer. This extended part of the house is open to a family seating area which has flooding patio doors leading to the rear garden. There is still more to offer on the ground floor, when you make your way out of the kitchen into the dining room with reclaimed solid oak strip flooring then beyond into the ?snug? you will find the same tiled floor as the kitchen which both have under floor heating. The first floor is where you will find the master bedroom with plenty of space as you have no need for wardrobes as there is separate dressing room with several fitted wardrobes that leads into the en-suite bathroom with double shower cubical and separate bath tub. On this floor there is a further three double bedrooms all with built in wardrobes and one single bedroom. There is also a shower room, again with a double shower cubical. On the second floor we find the remaining double bedroom with Velux window and storage space in the eaves of the roof. This bedroom also comes with its own en-suite bathroom. Outside you will find the patio area set off the back of the kitchen with a built in garden table, benches, cantilever umbrella and work surface with built in barbeque. Heading towards the back of the garden off the patio you walk onto the wooden decked area with summer house that is currently being used as a gym with power and lighting. The rest garden and laid to lawn and is surrounded with tall trees. The garage can be accessed by the up and over doors at both the back and front of the garage or the internal door leading back into the entrance hall. "
