" Premier house in a premier location. This 1930’s private road is one of the most exclusive and sort after roads in Horley. You are invited into the grounds through the five bar gate leading you passed the garage and driveway for numerous vehicles, to the front door. Having had a number of extensions over the years to suit an ever growing family, the property now benefits from a large lounge to the front, large kitchen breakfast room

(to host those dinner parties), dining room, conservatory with relaxing views of the mature garden and a study out of the way, which would hopefully mean you can get more work done. The first floor has three double bedrooms, the master with a fabulous en-suite, a family bathroom, with two further bedrooms on the top floor. Compared to the average semi detached home in Horley, this offers a whole lot more for your money and although detached, a 1930’s build offers solid walls, while most new builds don’t (reducing noise through the walls). The rear garden being south facing is a gorgeous spot in the summer sun, stretching around 80ft in length with decking playing host to the barbecue, table and chairs.

What the Owner says:

We have adapted the house to benefit us, extended now five to six times making it a great house and we love the location. If anything the house is too large for us, we call it the “Tardis”. Our neighbours are great, it is a really family friendly environment and we will miss it dearly.
