" Built approximately 17 years ago, this substantial four-bedroom detached house is set in a tucked away position within this pleasant cul-de-sac.

The property is presented in good decorative order throughout and offers well balanced accommodation over two floors. The ground floor comprises spacious entrance hall that leads to the sitting room which has a large bay and French doors opening onto the rear garden.

Adjacent to the sitting room is the kitchen which also enjoys views over the rear garden and is fitted with integrated appliances and provides space for a breakfast table and utility room beyond which also provides access to the garden. To the front of the property is the dining room and study and the ground floor is completed with a cloakroom and useful under stairs storage cupboard.
