" Built approximately forty years ago, the property faces South West with an attractive front garden and backdrop of the South Downs. Extending to 1954 sq ft of internal floor space, (including the garaging) the accommodation comprises a large sitting room measuring 23 x 15'6 with a brick fireplace surround. The property has been extended to provide a very useful separate dining room with patio door opening to the attractive terrace and back garden. The ground floor space is completed by the kitchen and cloakroom. Upstairs the master bedroom has fine views to the South from a bay window and the the accommodation has been adapted to include a refitted en-suite shower room. There are four further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Outside there is access to a separate utility room at the back of the garage. The gardens are well maintained, mainly laid to lawn with attractively and well stocked borders. A door from the back garden leads into the garaging with electric roller doors.
