" Originally built around 1980 the property has been significantly improved and enlarged to provide over 1800 sq ft of internal floor space that includes a particularly impressive ground floor area.

Facing south with first floor views to the Downs the property has one of the largest gardens on the development with established and well screened boundaries together with a large garden store / studio at the bottom end having light and power connected.

Internally, the house is almost 'as new' having been completely refurbished to include the flooring, redecoration and a new Worcester gas fired boiler situated in the garage. Major improvements include the kitchen and bathroom suites along with replacement double glazed windows.
