" Many a time you hear the words 'best house in the road' but this property has many advantages that others in the same development do not. The property is very well presented and has been beautifully looked after by the present owners who have owned the property since new. They bought off plan so were able to upgrade many of the fittings in the property including having Amtico flooring, higher quality carpets and underlay and also upgrading the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen has the added island for additional seating, storage and fitted waste caddy. There is a range of beautifully fitted units and appliances and doors leading to the garden. From the kitchen there are doors leading to the utility and the dining room or second study. The sitting room is a lovely light room at the rear of the property so again takes advantage of the south facing aspect, and with the advantage of a lovely wood burner the room works for summer and winter. The study is a good size and would work ideally as a home office and the ground floor accommodation is completed with a cloakroom.
