What the Owner says:

When we relocated to Sussex 5 years ago, we looked in numerous villages throughout the county and none of them had the same appeal as Ashington.Ashington is a fantastic village with a superb community and an excellent school and less than 20 minutes from the M23, coast and shopping towns of Horsham and Worthing. We chose this house as it was very bright and airy with a south facing garden and in a safe cul-de-sac with a play area.Everybody is impressed by the kitchen and conservatory which works really well for entertaining and general family life.
