" More people are discovering this quiet little village called Thakeham which is in the centre of the West Sussex countryside but is very convenient from a commuter's point of view. This house is ideal if you're looking for the benefits of a modern home yet tucked away in a nice village position. You'll also be surprised by the size as this house gives you all the space you need. On the ground floor there is a living room and separate dining room, plus a study so the children can escape to do their homework, as they are so eager to do these days.There is a decent sized kitchen/breakfast room plus separate utility room. The master bedroom offers the luxury of a dressing area as well as an en-suite shower room. There is plenty of parking on the driveway plus a detached double width garage. The rear garden is on the sunnier side, ideal topping up the tan or enjoying a late night barbecue.The local schools are very sought after and access to main road routes are virtually on the doorstep.

We moved into the area from Hampshire 14 years ago looking for a village in the country and stumbled across this small development in Thakeham.It's a lovely light sunny house with a real country feel having woods and fields surrounding the village. We have thoroughly enjoyed the house and it is now ready for the new owners to put their own stamp on it.
