The spacious accommodation extends to nearly 4000 sq ft and has many features including a galleried reception hall, five reception rooms, five bedrooms and an attractively landscaped South facing rear garden with heated swimming pool.

Tarent House is approached through wrought iron gates and across a paved driveway with ample parking. The distinctive elevations are whitened brick with tile hanging under a tiled roof. The manageable garden plot is enclosed by well defined boundaries.

With a wide frontage onto Monkmead Lane, the property is about three quarters of a mile from the village shops at West Chiltington Common. Storrington with more extensive shopping facilities and other general amenities is about two miles away. Pulborough with a main line railway station to London/Victoria is about two and a half miles to the West, whilst the larger centres of Horsham and Worthing are approximately fifteen and nine miles respectively. Many sporting and leisure activities will be found in the immediate area, including tennis, cricket and golf clubs and the Chanctonbury Leisure Centre at Storrington.
