" Straight away when you approach this family home, you are impressed with how quiet the location is. The house from the outside is neat, tidy and welcoming. There is parking to the front for two to three cars which is this part of Reigate is such a premium!Throughout the house the decor is neutral and inviting, the hallway provides great storage for coats and shoes. Downstairs cloakroom and access to the garage run off the hallway. The previous owners of this house have converted into a play room. if the additional living space is what you are after this room is great, however it would be very simple to convert it back to a garage as the door is still in place.
The large lounge to the front opens onto the dining room which then has access straight out into the rear garden, which is secluded to all sides with side access.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Location wise this house ticks many boxes, it is walking distance to Reigate station, as well as the high street. Many of the children in the road walk to Holmesdale School and Reigate Priory Schools in the morning.

What the Owner says:

We love the fact it is so quiet here, we walk regularly into town and that will certainly something we will miss. We have two children and it is such a safe place to live, when we are in and out of the house there are no busy roads to worry about. My husband travels by train up to London and walks to the station every day. We also have a great local pub within walking distance that is very child friendly and holds regular quiz nights which a lot of our neighbours go to. We moved into the house as young professionals and have since has two children, we have enjoyed the house as a couple and find the house great for the local schools and nursery's.
