" Situated just off the ever popular Nutley Lane area, Saxon Way is a quiet and popular cul de sac location with all of the houses being of a similar style. It is an easy walk from Saxon Way into the town centre, down the pretty Nutley Lane, Saxon Way and is also moments from the train station.
This three bedroom mid terrace home is offered to the market in good condition, set back from the road with a pretty front garden. The layout is very functional downstairs there is a large lounge/dining room with door leading directly out to the garden. The kitchen is situated to the front of the house and there is also a downstairs cloakroom. The views from the master bedroom will make you stop and take a breath they really are spectacular!
The house has recently been treated to a lick of neutral paint and a brand new carpet has been installed meaning the house is ready to move into with relative ease. There is no onward chain with the sale of this house as the owner has already moved home.
Reigate is an extremely popular place to live, with a well stocked High Street, with shops ranging from Laura Ashley and Marks and Spencers to small boutiques. There is also a large variety of restaurants, something else that Reigate is proud to boast is a great selection of fantastic schools.

We are dealing with the sale of this property for our mother, she has enjoyed many years living in Saxon Way. It’s been a safe and friendly street for her to live in and very accessible for a walk into town. My mother enjoyed the garden over the years, but certainly we have always felt that the house gets one of the best views in Reigate over the North Downs. It is a joy to open the curtains in the morning and be greeted by such beauty. The house over the years has been easy to maintain and we think it would make a great house for somebody wanting to downsize, or young professional looking to get onto the property ladder, who need access to the station.
