" ACCOMMODATION Exceptionally well presented and extended by the current owners is this delightful family home. Set in a very popular residential road the property still retains further scope for extension subject to the necessary planning consents. At the front of the house a handy porch opens to a spacious entrance hall. The reception space has an open plan feel but also clearly defined areas which makes it ideal for families and entertaining. The extension at the rear of the house with bi-folding doors out to the garden connect this fantastic reception space to the large and pretty rear garden. TRAVEL Commuting to London can be accessed from Reigate station, which offers routes into London Bridge and Victoria connecting via Redhill. Local bus routes provide links to both Redhill and Reigate and the M25 is accessible at Junction 8, found at the top of Reigate Hill. Gatwick airport is approximately six miles to the south. There are local bus routes in the area to both Reigate and Redhill.  "
