" A substantial five bedroom detached family home situated on a private road in Reigate, within approximately 1 mile of Reigate town centre. The house is set well back in its plot and offers a good degree of privacy. Internally the accommodation comprises entrance hall, which leads onto two of the reception rooms, including a sitting room with gas fireplace and patio doors to the rear garden, and the kitchen breakfast room. From there the accommodation leads from the kitchen into a very spacious third reception room with a wood burner and patio doors leading out onto a paved terrace. There is also a utility room, cloakroom and an additional fourth reception room on the ground floor, which could be used as a sixth bedroom or a study. Two separate staircases lead up to the first floor accommodation from each end of the house and there are five bedrooms, including a master with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom, as well as two further bathrooms. An additional benefit with this family home is the detached garage, which has external steps leading up to a generously proportioned office/playroom space above the garage along with cloakroom.

Situation
Gatton Road is a quiet residential private road and this particular property is situated on a lane off of the road giving access to just three houses including this one. Reigate town has become increasingly popular of late owing to its accessibility to London, Gatwick airport and the coast. The town itself offers many fine shops, restaurants and boutiques as well as Reigate Priory Park and the excellent Reigate schools (Reigate Grammar and Dunnotar). Reigate town centre lies approximately 1.2 mile to the south, the railway station being situated approximately 0.9 of a mile distant, with its excellent access back into London. Junction 8 of the M25 is again very easily accessed to the north, approximately 1 mile distant.
