" This extended four bedroom semi-detached home is an absolute cracker and is perfect for anybody with a growing family. The flexible layout and accommodation are just great and the property still offers scope for improvement. On the ground floor there is a fantastic size lounge which leads to the dining room. There is a good size kitchen that also leads to a utility room. These could easily be knocked together to create an impressive kitchen/ breakfast room that would overlook the garden. Finally, there is a family room/office. If you have children this space is invaluable as all the toys etc can be tucked away in one room, leaving some adult space for you!The first floor does not disappoint. There are four good size bedrooms and two large family bathrooms. This saves a lot of time and arguments first thing in the morning.Outside there is a corner plot garden with extensive patio and lawn for the children to kick a ball. To the front there is off road parking for one car.

What the Owner says:

“We bought the house in 2002 and it has been the perfect house for our growing family. The bedrooms are all a good size so there aren’t too many arguments over who gets the biggest room. Having two bathrooms is also a lifesaver!
The ground floor space also works for us. The family room is perfect for the children as they can watch TV and play safely without always being under our feet. At the end of the day we can also close the door on the mess they create and relax in our ‘adults’ lounge.
Outside we have the luxury of a corner plot so the garden is bigger than most in our road. This and being close to countryside and parks gives us plenty of space for the kids to play.”
