" There are few properties that will allow as much flexibility as this one. It is the ace up the sleeve that most town houses offer and this one is no different. The property is situated in a private square that is within half a mile of the town centre with its range of shops, boutiques and cafe's. It is also within a short walk of the train station which has regular service to London. On the ground floor there is a dining room/bedroom to the front and a well appointed kitchen with granite work tops to the rear. This has access to and overlooks the rear garden. On the first floor there is a large lounge adjacent to another flexible space that the current owners use as a reading room. On this floor there is also a nice double bedroom which has the added benefit of a front aspect balcony overlooking the central square. Finally on the top floor there are two further double bedrooms (one with en-suite) and family bathroom. The garden is a good size and is reasonably secluded and there is off road parking and garage to the front.Whether you're downsizing, have a family or are a couple with no children, this house will work for you. The layout can be arranged to suit anyone!

What the Owner says:

We bought our property directly from the developer before it was even built and we have enjoyed living here ever since. The location was one of the things that attracted us as we used to commute to London so being close to the station was ideal. There are only the two of us here so we have adapted the accommodation to suit our needs. However all walks of life live in the square and I don't think any two houses are the same.We love to entertain and regularly have family and friends over. We are never short of places for people to sleep, the house is a home from home for so many of them!
