" This apartment is different to most. It has the potential to extend into the loft space as many in the road have done, STPP and a garden that will leave you speechless. Located in Queens Road, the position is a stones throw from the historic High Street and half a mile from the end of line rail station. The layout at present consists of a sitting room and kitchen that overlook the front whilst the bedroom and bathroom overlook the rear. The bathroom features a bath and separate double shower. The side path to the rear leads past the garden of the ground floor apartment and to a secure gate. Through here the private and secluded garden is a fantastic entertaining space. There is decking with a seating area and a manmade fire pit. Steps lead down to an area which could either be lawned or a patio created and a timber garden shed.
