" This 3 bedroom terrace home will offer the next owner perfect flexibility to make it into a great family home. The cul de sac location offers the safety and relative quietness that most families crave and being within a lively community yet with fantastic rural walks, will suit those wanting a faster or slower pace of life!As you drive up you'll notice the potential to add off road parking and once inside the possibilities are endless. The hallway leads through to the kitchen/diner at the back, meaning the lounge can be closed off - a perfect place to relax. The kitchen/diner is certainly the heart of the house so if entertaining is important this is the place to be and with plenty of storage cupboards, there'll be room for even the most discerning of chefs. The conservatory could be used as a play room, additional dining room or just somewhere to soak up the evening sun while the children play out in the safe rear garden.Exposed floor boards upstairs add character and all the bedrooms come with fitted storage helping to keep the trips to Ikea to a minimum. You may want to keep the bathroom and toilet separate or turn them into one, depending on your own taste.

What the Owner says:

We've been here a few years now and it has suited us perfectly as a family home. We love the layout as it really helps with the evening routine. We can keep an eye on the children in the conservatory or the garden while we cook their evening meal. It's really peaceful in the garden as it looks out onto organic farmland. We have a brick built store room and the old coal store at the side of the house is a useful storage area for bikes, etc, as it's under cover and secure. There are some lovely walks round here which are popular with dog walkers, cyclists and horse riders. There are plenty of amenities at hand but if more is needed, East Grinstead is not far away.
