" A fine detached family home standing in an elevated position within a cul-de-sac enjoying stunning views over adjoining countryside towards the South Downs. The property occupies a corner plot of 0.25 acres which is fully enclosed by mature hedging and fencing. The owners bought the property in 1987 and have thoughtfully extended and improved the home which is now presented for sale in good order throughout, however there is potential for further enlargement or alteration (STPP). The accommodation on the ground floor is arranged around a central reception hall and comprises: A cloakroom/WC, a stunning double aspect sitting room enjoying fine views with fireplace and original stripped wooden floor, a double aspect family room with stripped wooden floor and doors out to the patio, a separate dining room, a large study/occasional bedroom and a kitchen which was re-fitted in the late 1990s by Paula Rosa with integrated appliances. On the first floor there is a galleried landing with skylight providing natural light, a double aspect master bedroom with wall to wall fitted wardrobes, wonderful views over the fields to the rear and distant views to the South Downs beyond. The second bedroom is of equally good size with wall to wall wardrobes and there are two further generously proportioned bedrooms.
