A very well presented and extensively modernised individual 4 bedroom detached house built in the 1970’s of stock brick beneath a tiled roof, extended to the front and side in 2005 in which the current owners have lived since 1999. The property is situated well back from the London Road within a moments walk of 2 convenience shops and within a 15 minute walk of the town centre and St Pauls Catholic School.  On the ground floor the accommodation provides open plan living, comprising an enclosed porch, an entrance hall with open tread staircase and a cloakroom re-fitted in 2005 leading off it.  The 19’ x 14’6 living room with full length double glazed sliding patio doors leads out to a large area of decking.  There is a family room with an exposed brick archway to the dining area and this gives access to the dual aspect kitchen re-fitted in 2005 with a built-in double oven, electric hob and extractor hood.  On the first floor there is a landing with airing cupboard, a 14’ x 11’ master bedroom with a WALK-IN dressing room and a large en-suite bath/shower room re-fitted with a white suite in 2011, 3 further bedrooms and a bathroom. (It should be noted all bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and bedroom 3 has a WALK-IN wardrobe that is ideal for a computer room etc).

Outside there is a private tarmacadam driveway (initially shared with the neighbouring house) providing ample parking and a front garden with ornamental rockery and fishpond.  There is side access to the landscaped 65’ x 35’ east facing rear garden which features a mainly covered full width area of timber decking with outside power, light and water.  The remainder of the garden is laid to block paving with a central flower border, 3 further borders and a large 21’ x 10’1 detached garage with power, light and workbench (this is accessed via Bridge Close.)  Benefits include uPVC framed double glazed windows, doors and fascia boards, gas warm air central heating (replacement boiler is situated in the hallway) and airconditioning.
