" 21 Lakers Meadow forms part of an attractive development of cottage style houses and flats which were built by Cala Homes in the late 1980s. The property forms part of a staggered terrace and affords on the ground floor a living room with a decorative fireplace feature fitted with a log effect electric fire with an archway leading to the kitchen with a range of built in and freestanding appliances. Behind the kitchen a large conservatory has been added. A staircase off the living room leads to a double bedroom with a full width range of mirror fronted wardrobes and to a bathroom.

The accommodation is in need of internal redecoration, finishing works to the bathroom where an electric shower unit has been added and replacement windows to the conservatory addition.

Outside, there are two allocated car parking spaces and the rear garden has recently been re-fenced and cleared with a gate on the rear boundary accessing the car parking compound. The garden here enjoys a west facing aspect and is not overlooked.

From our Billingshurst office proceed south down the High Street and having crossed the first mini roundabout turn immediately right by the old post office into the library car park. Upon leaving the library car park take the next turning on the left into Lakers Meadow (before reaching the crossroads) and number 21 will be found towards the far end of the cul de sac on the right hand side.
