" EPC - C. A modern well presented end of terrace house with en-suite facilities and a west facing garden. The Holders Close development was completed in about 2005 and continues to be extremely popular, partly due to the well laid accommodation but also the convenient position being within walkable distance from the school and village centre. The front door leads into an entrance hall with ground floor cloakroom and there is a good size fitted kitchen/breakfast room with integrated fridge, freezer and space for other appliances. The lounge/dining room is to the rear of the house with glazed door leading out to the west facing garden and patio, and there is a deep understairs storage cupboard. Further afield lies the large provincial centre of Horsham
